Learn how to create an Anchorage API key for Toku token transfers. Set up a permission group with withdrawal and vault read permissions, then generate an API 2.0 key linked to [email protected].

This guide outlines the process of creating an anchorage API key so that Toku can propose token transfers.

The API key setup consists of two parts:

  • Creation of the API Permission Group
  • Creation of the API 2.0 Key

Creating the Permission Group

  1. Log into Anchorage Digital Web and navigate to the API section:

To grant the API key access to propose transactions it will need only the Initiated Withdrawal permission under the global permissions section. This will allow the Toku platform to propose requests to settle funds between and out of an anchorage controlled wallet.

Note This does not give TOKU the ability to approve any transactions and cannot move funds without quorum approval.

  1. Now that the Global Permissions have been configured for the Permission Group, we now need to specify read permissions on the vault(s). These permissions are needed as the Toku platform will need to read information on any vault containing a wallet connected to Toku. If unsure which vaults contain these wallets, select read for all. Additionally, Toku can also automate the grant creation process by automatically creating a new wallet in Anchorage via the API. To enable this functionality, the Create Address permission must be enabled in at least one vault:
