Enrollment & Eligibility Deadlines
You will be contacted directly by Toku’s local benefits broker (Sterling Brokers) within your first month to assist with your Sun Life enrollment. Coverage is applied to your start date and retroactively applied.
No action is required until you receive their outreach.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Summary of Retirement (Canada Life)
WorkCo Canada offers a Group RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) and a Group DPSP (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan) to help employees save for retirement. Participation is voluntary, but enrolling allows you to receive employer matching contributions.

How Contributions Work

You may contribute 1% - 4% of your earnings via payroll deduction.

You may also add extra voluntary contributions (unmatched), as long as you remain within your personal CRA contribution limit.

WorkCo will match your RRSP contributions up to 4%, contributing the same amount to the DPSP.

All employer DPSP contributions are also fully vested immediately. You can expect your contributions in your account three to five days after your pay stub check date.
