401(k) Plan Details

We are happy to provide you with some handy resources that outline pertinent information regarding the plan.

401(k) Plan Enrollment/Opt Out Link

We're happy to offer an automatic enrollment feature, which means all employees will be enrolled with a 3% Traditional pre-tax contribution rate that will increase 1% annually until it reaches the cap of 10%. However, if you prefer a different contribution amount and would like to self-direct your account elections, you can enroll now by following the instructions below.

IMPORTANT:  if you choose not to participate in the plan at this time, you must opt-out of the automatic enrollment contributions by clicking here. Failure to complete the opt-out process will result in automatic enrollment.

Here's how to enroll or change elections:

1. Go to www.slavic401k.com
2. Click “Enroll” on the top right corner of the home page
3. Enter your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth
4. Make sure to complete all the required fields and follow the instructions on each screen
5. Once your enrollment(or opt-out) is complete you will receive an email confirmation
6. Note: If you are unable to locate your profile by SSN, please wait up to 14 business days from your Toku hire date. Note: Please click here for a video tutorial on “how to enroll in your 401k.”
