You are automatically enrolled in the pension plan if you:

- Earn more than CHF 22,680 per year
- Have an employment contract of at least 3 months

Pension contributions are calculated based on your pensionable salary, not your full gross salary.

Coverage After Employment Ends

How to Report an Accident
If you experience an accident:
- Inform your manager or HR as soon as possible
- Submit medical certificates promptly
- HR will coordinate directly with the accident insurer on your claim
