Toku suspends accounts if invoices remain unpaid 30+ days past due, halting contractor payments and help requests. Reinstate by paying in full and sending proof to [email protected]. Contact support early if payment difficulties arise.

Purpose

To ensure fairness and continuity of service, Toku requires all invoices to be paid on time. This policy explains what happens if an invoice becomes overdue and what steps are required to reinstate your account.

Policy Overview

  • All invoices are due on the date listed in your billing statement.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid more than 30 days past the due date, Toku reserves the right to suspend your account until the balance is paid in full.

What Suspension Means

When your account is suspended:

  • No contractor payments will be processed.

  • All incoming help requests will be placed on hold until the outstanding balance is resolved. Requests received during suspension will not be acted upon until your account is reinstated.

  • You will still have full access to your account, but no processing or execution of changes will occur until payment is received. Important deadlines:

  • Any employee-related changes must be processed by the 10th of the month.

  • Contractor invoice reviews must be processed by the 20th of the month. If your account is suspended and payment is not resolved before these deadlines, Toku will be unable to process the pending changes for that cycle. Responsibility for any resulting delays, missed payments, or impacts rests with the account holder.

How to Reinstate Your Account

To reinstate your account:

  1. Pay the overdue invoice(s) in full.
  2. Provide proof of payment (e.g., transaction confirmation or bank receipt) to [[email protected]].
  3. Once payment is verified, Toku will promptly reactivate your account and resume normal services.

Support and Exceptions

We understand unexpected delays may occur. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact us at [[email protected]] before your invoice reaches 30 days overdue. Our team will work with you to explore possible solutions.

Liability Disclaimer

Toku will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension occurs. However, it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment. Toku will not be liable for any missed contributor payments, penalties, or damages resulting from account suspension due to nonpayment.
