FX fees appear on your Toku invoice only when a currency conversion is required, and are always itemized transparently.
When FX fees apply
Toku charges an FX fee only when a currency conversion is required. The fee rate is set in your organization's Toku billing configuration, as either a percentage of the converted amount or a flat amount per transaction.
If no currency conversion is needed (e.g., all payments are in the same currency), no FX fee is charged.
Our FX fee policy
Your FX fee rate is set out in your organization's billing configuration and itemized in full on every invoice, so you always know exactly what you're being charged and how it's calculated.
If you'd prefer to be billed in a specific currency to avoid FX charges, contact [email protected] to review your setup.
Your invoice and charges
All FX fees appear on your Toku invoice, sent from [email protected]. Each charge shows the conversion rate applied and the amount due.
Good to know
- You always have visibility into the FX rate and fee charged - no hidden costs.
