๐ Superseded: use Safe Payment Method - Self-Serve Integration Guide instead: https://app.notion.com/p/Safe-Payment-Method-Self-Serve-Integration-Guide-3c40b95a751d81979fdee05dbaa96a20. This older Scroll-only workflow is retained only for historical context.
๐ก This article covers Toku's Stablecoin Payroll product (Gnosis Safe multi-signature payment batches). If you are looking for how employees and contractors are paid on the Employment platform, see Where your invoice gets paid - bank or crypto.
Connect your Gnosis Safe account to Toku so you can propose and manage payment batches from a multi-signature wallet.
Before you start
- You have a Gnosis Safe account deployed on Scroll with USDC enabled.
- Your organization's proposer address is configured (see your Toku administrator).
- You have the Safe address ready to paste into the form.
Sync default networks to get Scroll
- Open Wallet & Network Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to Sync Default Networks and click it. The system will add all available networks, including Scroll (USDC), to your organization.
Enable Scroll in your stablecoin settings
- Open Wallet & Network Settings โ Configure.
- Expand USDC and check the Scroll (Chain ID: 534352) checkbox. Click Save.
Add a Gnosis Safe account
- Open Payments โ Gnosis Safe Accounts (or click Add Safe Account).
- Under Select a network, choose Scroll (USDC).
- Paste your Gnosis Safe address into the address field and click Verify and save.
- The system verifies your Safe exists on Scroll and that your proposer is registered. If successful, your Safe account is now ready to use.
Good to know
- Safe address verification happens against the live Scroll network, so it may take a few seconds.
- If the system says "Safe not found on Scroll", double-check that your Safe address is correct and actually deployed on the Scroll network.
- The proposer address must be registered as a delegate in your Safe's settings (Safe app โ Settings โ Setup โ Proposers) before Toku can propose batches.
- You can only connect Safes on Scroll; other networks are not yet supported.
โ ๏ธ If your organization previously had a "Scroll" entry in Wallet & Network Settings but it was just a text label (no Chain ID), delete it after syncing default networks. The new structured Scroll entry is the one the Safe integration uses.
