Dependents must be added at initial enrollment; mid-policy additions are only possible for qualifying life events (newborns within 30 days of birth, new spouse within 30 days of marriage). Make sure your new hires complete this promptly.

Employees manage everything through the Plum app: digital health card, network hospital search, cashless claims (approval typically within 2 hours), and reimbursement claims processed in 7 - 10 working days, with a 24/7 cashless emergency hotline.
